Ctrl+U is a thought process that can be used during times of self-awareness, meditation, and development.  It is imperative that we find ways to replace negative thoughts about ourselves with affirmations and that we understand the importance of aligning ourselves with people who pull us up,  instead of clinging to those who strive to keep us down and second guessing.  This process works perfectly when you allow God to point you in the direction of your affirmers in life.
